I don't under stand it never gives me a reason on why it doesn't install. In some cases, you might be able to resolve the issue so that you can view plans available for upgrade, or you might be able to upgrade or change plans manually, instead. As I can see other people are having same problem and I have had this going on for months. New customer here been trying to access the upgrade center since the 17th of september, still no luck.
