The medical is disgraceful, because many doctors are only interested in making money. Sure, some things are bad, and some people are rude. These days we also have 24 hour food shops and pharmacies. The answer is yes, perhaps more travels and a greater understanding of a culture might be in order.

Also in France and Italy you can dine for hours and hours while in America they rush you into to eat and hand you the check before you can order after diner coffee.
