I'm always looking for something to break me out of my Cabernet rut and this nails it. Not as nose to tail as we expected but very good. It took a bit to get service, but once we did it was very good. By creating Belly of the Beast, Jesse and Aimee are focused on continuing to honor the whole animal in this fashion.

First came the sandwiches and then the mac and cheese and finally my Johnny cakes and my sister's food. Our waitress was kind, helpful and she did her job well. Yum!
