She supports CTM’s General Managers across the nation in growing their regions and providing them with the tools necessary to ensure measurable success at every step of the client life cycle. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as an Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans Head of Research. Her teams, clients, and partners have embraced and admire her leadership, enthusiasm, and passion for our industry. Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988 – 2013. She leads a strong team to deliver CTM service and technology solutions to each customer in a fast-paced, high-growth and diverse environment. Carol is a driven customer experience executive and decisive leader with an extensive history of building, developing, and leading customer-focused teams. As CTM’s Senior Vice President, Global Account Management, Anita leverages more than 30 years of industry experience to drive the global and national strategy we develop in collaboration with our clients. Carol’s outstanding interpersonal skills enable her to cultivate strong business relationships and to mentor and develop team members. He was a director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016. On the corporate side, Maureen’s previous leadership roles include leading Operations for Rosenbluth and BTI Americas/BCD Travel on the West Coast. A highly skilled leader and project manager, Andrea designed and delivered a Leadership Cultural Change initiative at Suncorp before joining CTM in 2012 to lead CTM’s people functions. He has built the Group from its headquarters in Brisbane to become one of the world’s largest travel management companies. His other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004 – 2010, Executive Partner – Asian Offices from 1999 – 2004 and Deputy Managing Partner from 1993 – 1996. Neale has deep public company experience; he managed the major financial elements for the floats of Smorgon Steel and Tattersall’s and managed multinational projects as Finance Director for contracting and logistics supplier Delta Group. Prior to that, Michael held IT management roles with Answerthink, Think New Ideas, and BBG New Media. Scott joined CTM’s Queensland office as the Head of Client Management in 2011 and quickly established himself as someone dedicated to delivering results that were both positive and provided a real impact. Paul holds a Masters’ degree in Information Technology majoring in Enterprise Systems from QUT, and is certified in both Project Management and Business Analysis. As part of CTM’s senior leadership team, Carol is responsible for sales, operations and account management for the Mountain Region of CTM North America, including P&L, staffing, and ultimate client retention responsibility. Tracey has been with ETM since its inception in early 2011 and brings more than 30 years’ experience in the travel and event industry managing operations around the world, including three years living, establishing and growing an event business in China. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited and the Morgans Foundation Limited, a Board member for the Australia Council for the Arts and Chairman of Australian Super’s Queensland Advisory Council. It also has access to an undrawn finance facility of $127 million. Sophie Mitchell has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. Anne is an experienced corporate lawyer and company secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory engagement and merger and acquisition activity. Prior to joining Corporate Travel Management North America Inc., Karen led our Account Management offering in Queensland, Australia, for nearly 12 years. Tiago’s strategic thinking, planning, and communications skills are pivotal to the successful management and delivery of CTM’s supplier relationships. He started his career in 1988 as a Travel Consultant and worked in several travel companies in Hong Kong and Canada gaining an in-depth insight into the international travel industry.
Anne Tucker joined CTM in September 2019 as Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary. Paul is also responsible for coordinating CTM’s global cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance programs, as well as managing CTM’s Business Intelligence and analytics platforms. She was a Non-Executive Director of Silver Chef Limited (September 2011 – December 2019) and a member of the Australian Government Takeovers Panel between 2009 and 2018. Christy’s proven analytical, consultative and customer-focused sales and account management experience with excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills drive her leadership of successful operating teams and achievement of client goals.
She has significant local, regional and global industry experience and, in a career of more than 20 years, has led teams across sales, account management, operations and technology. Anne came to CTM in 2017 with more than 15 years of experience across 6 countries. As Chief People Works Officer, Andrea is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent who deliver great customer service, and valuable innovative solutions for our clients. In her role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, she will spearhead client acquisitions and brand management for CTM North America. Maureen Brady drives CTM North America’s operational vision and strategy to deliver on the business’s high performance and growth objectives. Over this period he has been responsible for ensuring CTM’s global computing, communications and security infrastructure has maintained pace with the company’s rapid growth. Anne is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Anne demonstrates impeccable commercial acumen accumulated from her experience supporting dynamic financial travel operations in the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines for major travel brands. Maureen joined CTM as COO North America in 2019 and subsequently took over the CEO role in April 2020. She joined CTM in 2017 and is currently leading the Central Region. He thrives on the challenges of data analytics, strategic problem solving and driving operational execution. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of its Law Committee and a director of Jawun.
