Rabbani Muhammad, Professor (Ret.) El-Amin was raised and educated in the Baltimore Metropolitan area and is a graduate of Morgan State University and Sojourner Douglass College. Currently possess a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) to provide services Governmental Post ie; Port / Border Control Police, and State Security Certified expert in the implementation of project objectives Post Certified Correctional Officer, CERT Member, Certified Search and Rescue, Suicide Intervention/Prevention. Yusuf Saleem always gives credit to ALLAH(G-D) for any successes and strives to serve ALLAH (G-D) by serving humanity. After serving in this position for several years Ali and his family were relocated to Chicago, Illinois, where he assumed the position of Director of International Trades and Business for the American Muslim Community.
